1. Our Services

RJ Hypnosis provides private, online hypnosis sessions. Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services immediately.

2. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website or provided during a session constitutes medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with questions about a medical or mental health condition.

3. Scheduling & Communication

When you request a discovery call, we will contact you at the phone number or email you provide to schedule your session. By submitting the discovery-call form, you consent to being contacted for that purpose.

4. SMS Terms

If you separately opt in via our website's chat widget, you may receive SMS messages from us, including promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. SMS opt-in is never a condition of purchasing any service.

5. Confidentiality

We take client privacy seriously. Information shared during sessions is kept confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Results

Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. What we do guarantee is our refund policy, set out in Section 7 below.

7. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Fees and payment schedule are provided to you in writing before your first session.

• Cancellation before the first session. If either you or RJ cancels before your first session begins, you receive a full refund.
• After the first session. If you do not notice a difference by the morning after your first session, you receive a refund of everything you paid, less the cost of that one session.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tauri Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
