Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Tauri Enterprises LLC ("RJ Hypnosis," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you request a discovery call or contact us
• Information you share during sessions, which is treated as strictly confidential (see "Discretion & Confidentiality" below)
• Communications you send us via chat, email, or phone

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule sessions
• Send you appointment-related communications
• Send you marketing or promotional messages, but only if you have separately and explicitly opted in (see "SMS Communications" below)
• Improve our services

3. SMS Communications

If you opt in via our website chat widget, you may receive SMS text messages from RJ Hypnosis, including promotional and marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Opting in to SMS is never required to work with us — you may always request a discovery call without opting in to texts.
• We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Discretion & Confidentiality

Every session is private and conducted online. We do not maintain a public waiting room or paper trail at an office. Information shared during sessions stays between you and RJ.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our scheduling and messaging platform), solely to provide our services to you.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Choices

You may:

• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see below)

8. Children's Privacy
